Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.
If 7 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of organic and consumable goods, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable/consumable items (e.g., ghee, herbal powders, food items)
- Products that have been opened or used
- Intimate or personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Digital/downloadable products
- Gift cards
3. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require:
- Order ID or invoice
- Proof of purchase (email confirmation or screenshot)
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with signs of use
- Packaging not intact or product damaged (not due to our error)
- Missing parts
- Items returned after 7 days (subject to approval)

If the refund is approved:

7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first:
- The refund will be issued to the gift giver.
10. Shipping Returns
Important:
- You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For expensive products, consider using:
